智通财经APP获悉，索尼(SONY.US)周四宣布，现任首席财务官十时裕树(Hiroki Totoki)已被任命为总裁兼首席运营官，自今年4月1日起生效。现任总裁吉田健一郎(Kenichiro Yoshida)将继续担任董事长兼首席执行官。十时裕树此前在制定索尼的战略方面发挥了关键作用，他将继续担任该公司的首席财务官并主持财报电话会议。
此次任命或将有助于索尼更好地维持和发展由吉田及前首席执行官平井一夫(Kaz Hirai)制定的业务计划。
早稻田商学院教授Atsushi Osanai表示：“索尼长期存在的问题是它无法维持已经开启的事业，而十时裕树以稳健的经营者著称。另一方面，股东也期望索尼创造新事物，因此市场将会关注十时裕树会组建什么样的团队以及如何满足股东的期望。”
预计索尼将在周四晚些时候刚刚结束的季度中报告营业利润出现两年来的最大降幅，原因是组件成本上升和消费者信心疲软共同损害了利润率。
该公司去年同期的表现强劲，当时《蜘蛛侠：无路可归》在全球上映。作为一家为苹果的iPhone制造相机传感器的公司，尽管索尼PlayStation游戏机的生产已在去年年底从疫情时代的中断中恢复过来，它一直在努力应对全球移动市场出现萎缩的问题，
