智通财经APP讯，中国光大水务(01857)公布，合营公司济南市起步区光水污水处理有限公司(新合营公司)已于中华人民共和国设立，以实施于中国山东省济南市先行区引爆区的污水处理厂PPP项目。新合营公司以约人民币1.05亿元的注册资本注册成立，公司及济南光水环境治理有限公司持股85%，中建八局(厦门)建设有限公司持股10%，济南先行投资集团有限责任公司持股5%。
新合营公司的设立导致新合营公司成为该公司非全资附属公司。新合营公司的主要业务范围包括水污染治理、水环境污染防治服务、污水处理、技术服务、技术开发、技术咨询及技术交流。
