智通财经APP讯，龙建股份(600853.SH)公告，近日，公司子公司黑龙江省龙建路桥第一工程有限公司(“一公司”)与黑龙江省交通投资集团有限公司(“交投集团”)等组成的联合体收到招标人黑龙江省交通运输厅、招标代理机构华杰工程咨询有限公司发来的中标通知书，联合体成为G1015铁科高速公路凤阳至方正段工程(TF1标)施工总承包及铁力至凤阳段工程政府和社会资本合作(PPP)项目中标人。
其中，G1015铁科高速公路凤阳至方正段工程(TF1标)施工总承包(“A项目”)中标价人民币38.69亿元，占公司2021年经审计营业收入的25.46%。G1015铁科高速公路凤阳段工程政府和社会资本合作(PPP)项目(“B项目”)批复估算总投资64.01亿元，对应PPP项目总投资56.01亿元。初步设计批复概算57.95亿元，调整后初步设计批复概算对应的PPP项目总投资50.83亿元。PPP合作期33年，其中建设期3年，运营期(含收费期)30年。
