因为针对短视频平台抖音发布的三条评论中含有“妓女从良”“制造精神鸦片”“公开打击报复”等词汇，微博账号认证为职场博主、北大社会学博士的大V姜汝祥被抖音的运营主体北京微播视界科技有限公司诉至法庭。该案经过北京两级法院审理后，财新获悉，近日，姜汝祥被认定侵犯了微播公司的名誉权，法院判令其公开发布赔礼道歉声明，并支付微播公司维权合理开支2万元。
姜汝先是北京大学经济学硕士、经济社会学博士，管理学学者，曾在央视财经频道《对话》等栏目担任驻场嘉宾，出版有多本著作。据财新了解，该案的具体详情是，2020年8月左右，姜汝祥在其新浪微博账户上发布多条微博，并在其中对抖音及其运营团队进行了评论。
