智通财经APP获悉，汇丰控股(00005)将于2月21日(周二)公布去年业绩，受全球经济疲弱、金融市场波动及疫情影响，综合8间券商预测，集团2022年列账基准除税前利润或达148.49-176.86亿美元，同比下跌6.5%至21.5%;中位数164.11亿美元，同比跌13.2%。
报告中称，综合8间券商预测，汇控2022年列账基准纯利将达120.02-151.74亿美元，同比下跌4.8%至上升20.4%;中位数126.61亿美元，同比增0.4%。另综合9间券商预测，其2022年全年每股派息应为0.271-0.34美元，较2021年每股派息0.25美元同比升8.4%至36%;中位数0.3美元，同比升20%。
而提及汇丰控股去年11月公布出售加拿大业务，预计出售将取得税前利润约57亿美元，曾指董事会将积极考虑通过派发一次性股息(额外分红)或股份回购;市场将关注公司管理层最新营运指引、2023年起平均有形股本回报至少达到12%的目标是否会更新。
