Feb 17 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on Friday:

** Santander's asset management arm is one of a small number of interested parties vying to buy abrdn's private equity unit, Sky News reported.

** Rogers Communications has extended the deadline for its takeover of Shaw Communications for the fourth time to March 31 as the wireless carriers await final approval from Canadian industry minister Francois-Philippe Champagne.

** Uniper said a deal to sell its holding in Russia's Unipro to a local buyer hinged on presidential approval, which outgoing finance chief Tiina Tuomela said was "highly uncertain".

** Indian automotive components maker Minda Corporation Ltd

said it acquired a 15.70% stake in rival Pricol Ltd

for 4 billion rupees ($48.3 million).

** Norway's supreme court said it had lifted a competition authority ban on Schibsted buying online car trading portal Nettbil.

** India's largest gas distributor GAIL (India) Ltd

is looking to buy an equity stake of up to 26% in a liquefied natural gas $(LNG)$ liquefaction plant or project in the United States, according to a document issued by the company.
