格隆汇3月17日丨江南集团(01366.HK)公布，截至2022年12月31日止年度的公司股东应占未经审核综合溢利将不超过人民币1.40亿元，而截至2021年12月31日止年度的公司股东应占综合亏损约为人民币5.405亿元。截至2022年12月31日止年度的公司股东应占未经审核综合溢利的预期增加主要归因于以下因素的综合作用：
(i)根据预期信贷亏损模式的减值亏损(扣除拨回)相比截至2021年12月31日止年度约为人民币11.86亿元大幅减少，主要由于(a)截至2022年12月31日就若干应收房地产行业客户的款项特别计提的拨备减少；及(b)由于截至2022年12月31日的贸易及其他应收款项结余相比截至2021年12月31日之结余减少，截至2022年12月31日的贸易及其他应收款项拨备有所减少；
(ii)截至2022年12月31日止年度的销售及经销费用相比截至2021年12月31日止年度约为人民币7.11亿元减少，主要由于截至2022年12月31日止年度产生的投标及检验费减少所致；
(iii)截至2022年12月31日止年度的研发成本相比截至2021年12月31日止年度约为人民币7500万元增加，这是由于截至2022年12月31日止年度为开发市场领先及前沿产品而投入额外资源所致；及
(iv)截至2021年12月31日止年度的税款抵免约人民币9230万元转变为截至2022年12月31日止年度的税款开支，这与本集团税前业绩的扭转一致。
