有网友在社交平台发视频称，宝马在上海车展期间，宝马mini展台分发免费冰激淋。两名Luneurs的工作人员，当中国观众前往领取时，谎称领完了。但外国访客来领，不仅拿到了冰淇淋，工作人员还很贴心地教他们如何食用。
随后，针对网友爆料上海车展宝马mini展台工作人员拒绝给中国访客发放冰淇淋一事，宝马方面回应称：这是一个误会，目前公司正在处理这件事。对工作人员管理不善，内部正在开会，会将工作人员培训落实到位。
