OmniLit Acquisition Corp. to Merge With Syntec Optics

OmniLit Acquisition Corp. has entered a business combination agreement with Syntec Optics Inc.

Upon closing the deal, OmniLit will be renamed Syntec Optics Holdings Inc. and listed on Nasdaq under the ticker OPTX, the companies said Friday.

Syntec Optics is an affiliate of OmniLit, with OmniLit Chief Executive and Chairman Al Kapoor also serving as chairman and majority stockholder of Syntec Optics.

Syntec Optics provides optics and photonics to the defense, biomedical and consumer industries.
