华记环球(02296.HK) 公布，有关复牌计划，已向联交所提交延长申请，要求将补救期间延长约八个月至明年1月31日，供公司履行复牌指引所载的其余复牌条件。
根据复牌指引，公司获联交所给予直至今年5月18日为期18个月的补救期间，以达成相关条件并恢复股份买卖。然而，于补救期间，公司遭遇其无法控制的情况及因素，尤其是意外地花费更长时间索回澳门廉政公署所扣押公司的文件、会计、财务及电脑记录，严重阻碍公司履行所有复牌条件所需的工作能力，因此打乱了公司于补救期间内履行所有复牌条件及令公司股票恢复买卖的计划。
