惠誉近期指出，已确认中国百货商店运营商金鹰商贸集团有限公司(金鹰商贸)的长期发行人违约评级为'BB+'，展望稳定。同时确认金鹰商贸的高级无抵押评级以及其美元债券的评级均为'BB+'。该行预期，中国消费复苏后金鹰商贸的零售运营会有所改善。金鹰商贸借助其强劲的资产负债表和灵活的成本结构应付了防控措施带来的影响。金鹰商贸强劲的现金流和可观的现金缓冲为其管理即将到期的债务提供了灵活性。
据了解，金鹰商贸集团7-Eleven便利店业务年内迅速扩张，新拓淮安、常州、镇江及盐城四城，门店数目于2022年8月突破100家，从2021年年底的61家增至121家，覆盖八个城市，其中特许加盟店从36家增至99家，实现销售所得款项人民币2.25亿元，同比增长76.6%。
