胜捷企业(06090.HK) 公布，上市委员会已于2023年7月13日批准建议除牌，将于所有撤回上市的条件达成后，另行刊发公告。
根据上市规则第6.11条，公司须于建议除牌的公司股东特别大会上通过普通决议案批准；并获联交所上市委员会批准；及已向股东发出自股东批准建议除牌之日起最少三个月的建议除牌通知，撤回上市申请方可作实。(gc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
