智通财经APP讯，中誉集团(00985)发布公告，于2023年8月10日，公司间接全资拥有附属立天科技有限公司(立天)已透过证券经纪商或银行以电子方式签立契据，据此，立天同意接受中国恒大协议安排、景程协议安排及天基协议安排的条款约束，包括(其中包括)其同意解除、豁免及免除中国恒大现有票据及景程现有票据项下的所有申索，代价为中国恒大及景程将分别向立天发行中国恒大新票据、景程新票据及天基新票据。
据悉，于本公告日期，根据现时市价计算，立天持有的中国恒大现有票据的市值总额约为849万美元及立天持有的景程现有票据的市值总额约为75万美元。
公告称，集团其中一项主要业务活动为投资金融工具以取得稳定回报。鉴于中国恒大及景程未能履行其于中国恒大现有票据及景程现有票据项下的付款责任，董事认为，同意中国恒大协议安排、景程协议安排及天基协议安排以接纳中国恒大新票据、景程新票据及天基新票据将为尽可能收回其投资的最可行方式。
