Overstock.com said in a regulatory filing Monday that Chief Marketing Officer Angela Hsu had resigned.

The company, which rebranded as Bed Bath & Beyond in the U.S. after acquiring the bankrupt retailer's intellectual property, said that Hsu resigned Sept. 6. Overstock.com President Dave Nielsen has taken over her responsibilities and Hsu will take on an advisory role.

Overstock.com said in the filing that Hsu's decision to resign was not caused by a disagreement with the company and did not relate to the rebranding.

Hsu took over as CMO for Overstock.com in March 2022, according to her LinkedIn page.
