消息面上，9月26日，阿里巴巴发布公告称，拟通过以菜鸟股份于香港联交所主板独立上市的方式分拆菜鸟，且分拆上市申请已向联交所提交。据悉，8月21日，港交所披露文件显示，顺丰控股已向港交所提交上市申请书。另一家物流公司极兔已于6月16日在港交所提交上市申请，并将很快进行香港上市聆讯，这就意味着国内物流三雄或将于下半年齐聚港股。
中信建投表示，快递行业格局正面临“十年未有之变局”。建议长期维度关注受电商平台格局演化影响小，具备持续产能造血能力且在国际拥有先发优势的公司。考虑到顺丰投资嘉里物流，在“国际快递”具备先发优势，尤其是顺丰国内第一货机航司的市场地位将助力其国际化拓展。
