智通财经APP讯，湾区黄金(01194)发布公告，于2023年9月27日，Able Reliance(作为投资者)、公司与清盘人订立重组框架协议，据此，公司将实施公司资本、业务及债务的重组。
同日，Able Reliance(作为认购人)、公司(作为发行人)与清盘人亦订立股份认购协议，连同公司(作为借款方)、清盘人与Able Reliance(作为贷款方)订立的循环贷款融资协议，为集团于复牌后的一般营运资金要求提供资金。
公司已向联交所提交复牌建议，以达成联交所于2022年6月9日施加的复牌指引并寻求其股份于联交所恢复买卖。
此外，继续停牌。
