湾区黄金(01194.HK) 公布，Able Reliance作为投资者、与该公司及清盘人订立重组框架协议，公司将实施资本、业务及债务的重组。各方亦订立股份认购协议，连同循环贷款融资协议，为公司复牌后的一般营运要求提供资金。各项协议的详情将会适时公告。
公司已向联交所提交复牌建议，以达成联交所施加的复牌指引，并寻求恢复买卖。股份自去年4月1日起停牌，将继续停牌至另行通知。
另外，公司披露2021年度、2022年度及截至今年6月底止中期未经审核管理账目。2021及2022年度分别亏损98.4亿元及8,433.2万元，今年上半年亏损2,717.6万元。(cy/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
