智通财经APP获悉，早前，雪佛龙(CVX.US)宣布同意以530亿美元收购赫斯(HES.US)，然而，这一交易却令Hess Midstream Partners LP(HESM.US)的未来充满疑问。到目前为止，这笔交易的条款并没有具体说明雪佛龙是否会收购Hess Midstream，该公司是从赫斯分拆出来的，在北达科他州及其周边地区运输原油、天然气和水。雪佛龙曾表示，其目标是剥离约100亿至150亿美元的资产，但没有说明可能包括哪些资产。
雪佛龙发言人表示：“由于该交易仍悬而未决，尽管我们的意图是为所有股东创造价值，但我们还没有就此达成共识。”
花旗分析师Douglas Irwin在一份报告中表示，目前，Hess Midstream的合同将保持到2033年，他预计2024年的指引和2026年的最低产量承诺将在Hess的探区上纳入四个钻机项目。
但Irwin表示，出售该公司将使雪佛龙接近其资产出售目标，以周一的收盘价计算，这意味着超过25亿美元的收益。
