智通财经APP讯，海通国际(00665)发布公告，于2023年11月3日，公司(借款人)与若干金融机构订立一项融资协议，公司据此获得一笔最高金额为60亿港元的循环融资贷款，除非延长，期限由融资协议日期起计最长364日(融资)。
就有关融资而言，公司控股股东海通证券股份有限公司(海通证券)亦作出若干承诺。根据融资协议的条款及该等承诺，如发生下列(其中包括)事件﹕
(1) 海通证券并非或不再为公司单一最大股东;
(2) 海通证券并未或不再拥有公司的管理控制权﹔
(3) 海通证券的股份不再于联交所或上海证券交易所上市。
则该融资将被取消，而所有贷款连同累计利息以及其项下任何其他欠款会立即到期并须即时偿还。
