智通财经APP讯，湾区黄金(01194)发布公告，于2023年10月27日，公司自联交所接获函件，列明联交所上市委员会决定根据上市规则第6.01A条取消公司上市，此乃由于(1)公司未曾满足任何复牌指引;及(2)公司的情况并不属于指引函(GL95-18)第22段所述可获授予延长时限的“特殊情况”内。
函件内表示，除非公司根据其在上市规则第2B章项下的权利申请复核决定，否则公司股份的最后上市日期将为2023年11月10日，而公司股份上市将被取消，自 2023年11月13日上午9时正起生效。
经考虑法律及专业意见后，公司已于2023年11月3日行使其在上市规则第2B章项下的权利向联交所上市复核委员会秘书提交书面要求，以寻求复核决定。股东及公司潜在投资者务请注意，复核结果并不确定。
此外，该公司股份继续停牌。
