金吾财讯 | 华厦置业(00278)发布盈利警告，预期截至2023年9月30日止六个月期间将录得约港币4200万元之亏损，而去年同期财政期间则录得港币310万元之溢利。
此亏损主要由于(i)在本期间集团及其联营公司投资物业之重估公平值亏损总额增加以及(ii)在本期间集团及其联营公司之物业销售利润减少所致，惟于本期间利息收入增加以及人民币贬值而产生之汇兑亏损有所减少。
公司股份已于2022年9月15日上午九时正起暂停买卖。股份须待公司符合联交所所载的所有复牌指引，对导致暂停买卖之事宜作出补救，并全面遵守上市规则后，方告恢复买卖。股份仍将继续暂停买卖直至另行通知。
