智通财经APP讯，海通国际(00665)及要约人海通国际控股有限公司联合公布，于2023年12月15日(星期五)，批准该计划的决议案于法院会议上获计划股东及无利害关系股东批准。
于2023年12月15日(星期五)，批准与注销计划股份有关的削减公司已发行股本的特别决议案;及通过向要约人发行相等于被注销计划股份数目的有关数目新股份以及将因计划股份的注销而创设的储备用于按面值缴足上述数目的新股份，以同时将公司已发行股本维持在紧接计划股份注销前的数额的普通决议案，于股东特别大会上获批准。
待法院批准该计划(不论有否修订)后，股份的每手买卖单位将由1000股股份更改为80万股股份，自2024年1月8日(星期一)起生效。
