智通财经APP讯，奥赛康(002755.SZ)公告，公司的全资子公司江苏奥赛康药业有限公司(“奥赛康药业”)于近日收到国家药品监督管理局(“药监局”)下发的哌柏西利胶囊《药品补充申请批准通知书》，同意公司哌柏西利胶囊在已有125mg规格基础上增加75mg规格、100mg规格，并核发新的药品批准文号。
据悉，哌柏西利(Palbociclib)是一种细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶(CDK)4/6抑制剂，适用于雌激素受体(HR)阳性和人表皮生长因子受体(HER2)阴性的绝经后晚期乳腺癌的治疗。
