智通财经APP讯，九强生物(300406.SZ)公告，公司全资子公司福州迈新生物技术开发有限公司(简称“迈新生物”)之控股子公司Lumatas BioSystems,Inc.与犹他州公司ELITechGroup Inc.(简称“EGI”)签订了《产品分销协议》，约定自2023年12月14日至2028年12月14日，EGI向迈新生物采购全自动免疫组织化学染色系统Titan和TitanS，以及相关配套检测试剂和清洗溶液。协议期限内EGI拥有在授权区域内的该产品的独家分销权。
