智通财经APP获悉，特殊目的收购公司(SPAC)Bowen Acquisition(BOWN.US)宣布，已与深圳仟枝生物科技有限公司(Shenzhen Qianzhi Biotechnology Co., Ltd)达成最终合并协议。该交易预计将于2024年第二季度或第三季度完成。据悉，深圳仟枝生物科技有限公司是一家专门从事臭氧健康和保健产品的中国生物技术公司。
根据协议，深圳仟枝生物科技有限公司将成为Bowen Acquisition的全资子公司。前者的股东将获得总计725万股Bowen Acquisition普通股，并可能在达到一定的盈利目标后获得额外的140万股Bowen Acquisition普通股。
深圳仟枝生物科技有限公司在一份声明中表示，合并后的公司将继续由其执行管理团队领导。该公司还补充称，无法保证合并后的公司将继续在纳斯达克上市。
