快科技2月27日消息，据媒体报道，美光科技在MWC2024上发布全球最小的UFS 4.0手机存储解决方案。
官方介绍，之所以开发行业最小的手机存储解决方案，主要推动力来源于智能手机厂商，他们希望能为手机电池提供更大的内部空间。
据了解，这款存储基于232层3D NAND技术构建，尺寸只有9×13mm，跟去年6月份发布的11×13mm存储解决方案相比，前者的尺寸缩小了20%，同时也没有影响性能。
该存储最高提供1TB空间，顺序读取速度达到了4300MB/s，顺序写入速度达到了4000MB/s。
值得注意的是，它还内置了高性能模式，开启后速度可提高25%，即便是长时间使用智能手机，也能保证流畅体验。
目前这款存储已经出样，提供256GB、512GB和1TB三种规格，预计很快就会应用到智能手机上。
