联交所宣布，由2024年3月14日上午9时起，将根据《上市规则》第6.01A(1)条予以取消湾区黄金(01194.HK) 的上市地位。
联交所表示，该公司股份自2022年4月1日起已暂停买卖。根据《上市规则》第6.01A(1)条，若该公司未能于2023年9月30日或之前复牌，联交所可将该公司除牌。该公司未能于限期前履行联交所订下的复牌指引而复牌。
于2023年10月27日，上市委员会决定根据《上市规则》第6.01A(1)条取消该公司股份在联交所的上市地位。于2023年11月3日，该公司向上市复核委员会申请复核上市委员会的决定。于2024年2月5日，上市复核委员会维持上市委员会取消该公司上市地位的决定。按此，联交所将于2024年3月14日上午9时起取消该公司的上市地位。(ca/w)
