UFS 4.0主控 SM2756
慧荣科技的UFS 4.0主控SM2756采用了6纳米EUV光刻工艺制造，运用MIPI M-PHY低功耗架构，平衡了高性能和能效，完美满足了当今高端和人工智能移动设备的全天候计算需求。
性能突破：SM2756的连续读取性能超过4300 MB/s，连续写入速度超过4000 MB/s，支持最广泛的3D TLC和QLC NAND闪存，密度高达2 TB。
UFS 3.1主控 SM2753
第二代SM2753 UFS 3.1主控解决方案同样引人瞩目。它采用基于高速串行链路的MIPI M-PHY HS-Gear 4 x 2-lane和SCSI架构模型（SAM），采用单通道设计，使用新一代3D TLC和QLC NAND。提供2150 MB/s的连续读取性能和1900 MB/s的连续写入性能，满足主流和超值手机、物联网和汽车应用日益增长的UFS 3市场需求。
