3 月 26 日消息，智驾科技企业地平线（Horizon Robotics）已向港交所递交招股书，高盛、摩根士丹利、中信建投（601066）为其联席保荐人。
注意到，地平线目前的智驾方案已经被 24 家 OEM（31 个 OEM 品牌）超过 230 款车型采用，2023 年获得的车型定点项目超过 100 个；并与前 10 大中国 OEM 均达成合作。
在此背景下，地平线 2023 年收入达到 16 亿元，近三年的收入复合增长率达 82.3%，实现规模化增长。招股书中还提到：
地平线收入由 2021 年的人民币 4.667 亿元增长 94.1% 至 2022 年的 9.057 亿元，并进一步增长 71.3% 至 2023 年的 15.516 亿元；
毛利由 2021 年的 3.31 亿元增至 2022 年的 6.277 亿元，并进一步增至 2023 年的 10.943 亿元；
2021 年、2022 年及 2023 年毛利率分别为 70.9%、69.3% 及 70.5%。
