智通财经APP讯，移动互联(中国)(01439)发布公告，于2024年3月15日，公司接获联交所的函件，当中表示由于上市委员会认为公司未有于复牌截止日期前达成所有复牌指引，上市委员会已决定根据上市规则第6.01A条取消公司的上市地位(除牌决定)。
根据上市规则第2B章，公司有权在除牌决定发出日期起计七个营业日内(即2024年3月26日或之前)将除牌决定提交上市复核委员会进行复核(上市复核委员会复核)。倘公司决定不要求作出上市复核委员会复核，则股份的最后上市日期将为2024年4月2日，及股份将于2024年4月3日上午九时正起取消上市。
经考虑除牌决定以及经内部讨论及与专业顾问商讨后，公司已于2024年3月25日提交上市复核委员会复核申请。
