本报讯（记者 孙杰）近日，智能驾驶解决方案供应商地平线向港交所递交上市申请，开启IPO（首次公开发行）进程。按照最近一轮融资情况，地平线估值已超600亿元人民币。

　　地平线公司总部位于北京市海淀区，是一家乘用车高级辅助驾驶和高阶自动驾驶解决方案供货商，由余凯、黄畅、陶斐雯，以及一群科学家与企业家在2015年共同创立。公司成立至今已完成11轮融资，累计融资金额达到170亿元人民币。

　　招股文件显示，截至目前，地平线的解决方案已获得24家（31个品牌）整车厂采用，装备超过230款车型，其中囊括本土10大整车厂商。包括大众、上汽、比亚迪、吉利、理想、蔚来等在内的主流车企，均为其合作伙伴。按2023年解决方案装机量计，地平线是中国第四大高级辅助驾驶和高阶自动驾驶解决方案提供商，市场份额为9.3%。

　　财务数据显示，2021年至2023年，地平线营收分别为4.67亿元、9.06亿元、15.52亿元，复合年增长率82.3%，但公司业务仍处于亏损之中，2021年至2023年经调整净亏损分别为11.03亿元、18.91亿元、16.35亿元。地平线表示，亏损主要为增强核心关键技术而产生的大额研发开支，以及优先股及其他金融负债的公允价值变动。
