据交易所公告，该举措即刻生效，LEJU的美国存托凭证已立即暂停交易。纽约证券交易所表示，此决定是基于LEJU在最近30个交易日内的市场表现作出的。
根据纽约证券交易所提供的数据，乐居控股在过去30个交易日内的总市值持续低于5000万美元，同时其股东权益也未能达到5000万美元的门槛。这一情况持续违反了交易所的上市标准，导致了摘牌决定的作出。目前，乐居控股尚未对此事件发表官方评论。
