入门级的征程6B芯片，针对ADAS主动安全功能需求，提供10+TOPS算力，强调小体积、低成本。
中端的征程6E和征程6M芯片，面向10-20万级车型市场，硬件系统成本在5000元以内。其中征程6E提供80TOPS算力，可为车辆提供高速NOA能力。征程6M提供128TOPS算力，可搭载激光雷达，提供普惠级的城区辅助驾驶能力。
旗舰级的征程6P面向城区高阶智能驾驶，硬件系统成本在10000元以内。提供560TOPS算力，最大支持 24 路摄像头，最高分辨率可达18Mp；支持激光雷达、4D毫米波雷达、毫米波雷达、超声波雷达等多类传感器。
