Rockwell Automation on Tuesday said Nicholas Gangestad, senior vice president and chief financial officer, is planning to retire
Rockwell said it has launched a search for a successor, adding that Gangestad will remain in his post until role until the Milwaukee-based provider of industrial automation and information services has named a new finance chief.
Gangestad joined Rockwell as chief financial officer in March 2021 after a stint as finance chief of 3M. His compensation included a base salary of $850,780 and over $3 million in stock awards and stock options.
