NuZee's (NUZE) shares rose 4.7% in recent Wednesday trading with the company scheduled to file its Form 10-Q report for the quarter ended March 31.
The company said in a regulatory filing on May 15 that it is in the process of preparing and reviewing the information for the 10-Q,
"The company undertakes the responsibility to file such report no later than five days following the prescribed due date," according to the filing.
