PowerFleet (PWFL) said Monday it will join the Russell 2000 Index when markets open on July 1, citing a preliminary list of additions posted on May 24.
The provider of artificial intelligence of things services also said it intends to change its ticker symbol to "AIOT" on the Nasdaq Global Market, effective July 1.
Shares of the company were down nearly 2% in recent Monday premarket activity.
