赛生药业(06600.HK) 公布，大法院于开曼群岛时间上周五(6月28日)批准其私有化计划，该法令的副本于7月3日送呈开曼群岛公司注册处以作登记。
此外，购股权要约已于昨日(7月3日)下午4时30分截止，公司已就1,984.48万份目标购股权(占购股权激励计划项下授出的未行使目标购股权总数的100%)；及2,975.32万份目标购股权(占首次公开发售后购股权计划项下授出的未行使目标购股权总数的100%)接获购股权要约的有效接纳。购股权要约于昨日成为无条件。
公司股份每手买卖单位将由500股更改为80万股，自昨日起生效；预期股份于联交所的上市地位将于明日(7月5日)下午4时正起撤销。(jl/cy)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
