在港上市SPAC公司香港汇德收购(07841.HK) 较早前披露，找到东南亚数据驱动数字商务解决方案平台Synagistics Pte. Ltd作为并购对象，同时物色到9名PIPE投资者，以6.01亿元认购6,012.4万股。
该集团原有发起人、被合并公司股东及PIPE投资者则披露最新持股，原有发起人陈德霖为首Extra Shine及曾璟旋为首Pride Vision，则分别申报原有持股之外，获得提成权股份逾510.25万股及320.16万股。
根据公告，该等发起人提成权，只能够在交割日至第五周年内，当有任何30个交易日内中任何20日，平均价超过15元，便可无需现金下行使。但是若在获发提成权半年内至交割股份后12个月内行使，已行使的提成权股份，便受到禁售权限制。(sl/k)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
