智通财经APP讯，移动互联(中国)(01439)发布公告，公司已于2024年3月25日提交申请，要求将除牌决定提交上市复核委员会复核。联交所上市复核委员会已于2024年6月18日就除牌决定举行复核聆讯。于2024年7月10日，联交所通知公司，上市复核委员会决定维持上市规则第6.01A条项下的除牌决定。于2024年7月11日，联交所向公司发出函件，告知公司股份的最后上市日期将为2024年7月22日，而股份的上市地位将自2024年7月23日上午九时正起取消。
公司对上市复核委员会之决定深表遗憾，并正考虑向高等法院提交申请以取得许可，对上市复核委员会的决定进行司法复核。鉴于除牌为永久并将为公司带来严重及不可逆的影响，于2024年7月17日，公司已向联交所上市复核委员会及上市科书面要求公司的最后上市日期延后，以使有足够时间进行许可申请及供高等法院考虑该申请。
