纽约社区银行（New York Community Bancorp）周一表示，已完成了向摩根大通出售59亿美元贷款的交易，并计划在不久的将来再出售2亿美元的贷款，这比此前宣布的要多。

　　该行表示，出售所谓的抵押仓储式贷款将使其普通股一级资本（CET1）比率提高约70个基点。这笔交易是以同等价格成交的。

　　纽约社区银行今年5月宣布了向摩根大通出售约50亿美元贷款的计划，预计这将使其CET1比率提高65个基点。当时，该行预计将在尽职调查后，于本季度完成出售。
