Aurum Resources Commences Scoping Study for West African Project

Aurum Resources (ASX:AUE) has engaged MACA Interquip Mintrex and ALS Perth to conduct metallurgical study activities for its Boundiali gold project in Côte d'Ivoire, West Africa, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.

MACA Interquip Mintrex will be involved in initial metallurgical testwork scope and potential ongoing works to pre-feasibility study and definitive feasibility study levels, while ALS will undertake comminution tests and cyanide leach testwork, the filing said.

Drilling programs are underway at the project, with the company expecting to complete 45,000 meters of diamond drilling within the calendar year, according to the filing.
