联交所公布，由本周三(14日)上午9时起，移动互联(中国)(01439.HK) 的上市地位将根据《上市规则》第6.01A(1)条予以取消。
移动互联(中国)的股份自2022年9月1日起已暂停买卖。根据《上市规则》第6.01A(1)条，若该公司未能于今年2月29日或之前复牌，联交所可将该公司除牌。由于移动互联(中国)未能于上述日子或之前履行联交所订下的复牌指引而复牌。于今年3月15日，上市委员会决定根据《上市规则》第6.01A(1)条取消该公司股份在联交所的上市地位。
于今年3月25日，移动互联(中国)向上市复核委员会申请复核上市委员会的决定。于今年7月10日，上市复核委员会维持上市委员会取消该公司上市地位的决定。(js/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
