INFINT to Delist From NYSE After Merging With Seamless Group

INFINT Acquisition (IFIN) plans to delist its shares and units from the New York Stock Exchange after the expected completion of its business combination with financial technology platform Seamless Group.

INFINT, a special purpose acquisition company, will be renamed as Currenc Group after closing of the combination.

Currenc shares are expected to trade on Nasdaq with the ticker symbol CURR beginning around Aug. 21, while INFINT's last trading day on the NYSE is expected to around Tuesday, INFINT said.
