智通财经APP讯，汇德收购-Z(07841)发布截至2024年6月30日止6个月中期业绩，该集团取得经营亏损6807.14万港元，同比减少11.48%;期内亏损6854.36万港元，同比减少15.54%;每股亏损2.74港元。
于报告期间，除利息收入约2420万港元及递延包销佣金公平值收益约2530万港元(公司已于支付1430万港元后悉数结清包销佣金，低于预期付款额。该共同协定的结算导致应付递延包销佣金的公平值收益2530万港元)及产生开支约1.18亿港元外，集团并无产生任何收益。集团于报告期内取得亏损及全面收益总额约6850万港元。剔除以权益结算以股份为基础的付款开支、特殊目的收购公司权证公平值变动、特殊目的收购公司股份产生的赎回负债账面值变动及应付递延包销佣金的公平值变动后，集团报告期内的经调整溢利约为1070万港元。
