【姚劲波：20年内5天工作制会变成4天】金十数据8月31日讯，58同城CEO姚劲波在亚布力夏季年会表示，20%的人类工作量在未来20年里面肯定会被AI替代，所以整个社会就不需要这么内卷。“因为物质创造会更容易，每个人不需要工作那么多时间，这是科技进步能够带给整个社会的好处。”姚劲波还提到，工作制度也会改变。他认为，20年内，每周5天的工作制将会变成每周4天的工作制。 姚劲波还表示，各互联网大厂从过去卷大模型到如今卷应用，AI应用创新的窗口期大概有10-20年。“互联网到现在也是20多年的时间，我们一定有机会跑出头部的全球化应用。”
