　　新浪科技讯 8月31日上午消息，2024亚布力企业家第二十届夏季年会在广州举行。活动期间，在东方甄选直播间，亚布力中国企业家论坛轮值主席、东方甄选董事长及CEO俞敏洪与多位企业家对话。

　　58同城CEO姚劲波在直播中表示，AI给了58同城新的机会，除了连接信息外，还可以更深度地帮助中小企业。姚劲波表示，招聘专员的岗位有可能被AI替代，比如投了简历后AI视频面试，然后通过视频分析进行匹配，以后可能就没有打电话面试的过程，AI可以大幅缩短整个过程。“AI进一步升级用户体验，让小微企业招聘更加简单，整个社会因为AI生活得更好。”
