智通财经APP讯，华发物业服务(00982)发布截至2024年6月30日止六个月中期业绩，该集团期内取得收入10.1亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增加21.96%;股东应占溢利1.21亿元，同比增加14.32%;每股基本盈利1.2分。
公告称，收入增加主要是由于集团管理规模的持续扩大带来收入提升。
于2024年6月30日，集团的总收费建筑面积约为3654万平方米，较于2023年6月30日约2997万平方米增长约21.9%;集团的总合约建筑面积约为6370万平方米，较2023年6月30日约5820万平方米增长约9.5%。
