【又有一批上市房企发不出中报】金十数据9月4日讯，在刚刚过去的8月，多数上市房企已经按照监管要求披露了2024年中期业绩情况，但仍有少部分房企未按时刊发中期业绩。记者不完全统计，截至9月2日，仍有超10家房企未按时刊发2024年中期业绩，以港股上市房企为主，包括碧桂园、中国恒大、景瑞控股、银城国际控股、德信中国、融信中国、中原建业、正商实业、上置集团、大唐集团控股、祥生控股集团、新明中国、佳源国际控股、亿达中国、大发地产、上坤地产等。这些房企迟发业绩的原因主要包括三类：债务重组、更换核数师以及因2023年业绩和年报未刊发而进一步影响今年中期业绩的刊发、寄发。
