格隆汇9月5日｜英国电信监管机构提议允许亚马逊旗下“柯伊伯计划”(Project Kuiper) 运营一个与马斯克的“星链”(Starlink)相竞争的卫星网络，以提供高速宽带服务。英国通信管理局(Ofcom)在周四的一份声明中表示，在10月4日之前对亚马逊Kuiper Services Europe SARL的申请和监管机构授予许可证的提议征求意见。如果获得许可，该公司将被允许向客户提供户外天线，称为终端，可以接收类似4G速度的宽带服务。
