Far East Consortium International's (HKG:0035) subsidiary Boundary Farm Car Park has completed the sale of two properties in the UK for over 17.2 million euros, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong stock exchange.
One property is a boundary farm located on Styal Road, Manchester, and the second property is a freehold land located on the North side of Moss Lane, Styal.
The company intends to use the proceeds for its general working capital.
